Visible Monday, Drought!

Drought!! What drought? It's been raining for days. We are thinking of building an ark. April showers do not properly describe the amount of rainfall that we are experiencing.
All my tubs and water barrels are full and overflowing.

I'm wearing my 'Bronte' riding mac of oiled cotton

and a Foster Maughan hat in the same fabric.

  2. We are getting the April showers too, in Florida! And the gardens are loving it. Your navy Mac is just the thing : >

    1. "Showers" is not the word for what we are getting, Patti. A fisherman's oilskin would be good!

    1. Hello Crazy Raven, I love the hat too but the rim holds the rainfall so I've to remember to tip my head with care!

  5. What a beautiful hat. This view of the garden is wonderful. The greens are so green, I can almost smell the newness of them, and hear those little squishes as your boots sink in wet ground. Lovely.

    1. Melanie, you make me smile. It's green alright, and it's squishy. But enough is enough!
